Shipping

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. 

* Domestic orders: Ship USPS mail which takes approximately 1 Week.

* International orders: USPS international first class mail. Shipping takes 10 days to 5 weeks, with the average being 2-3 weeks. Delivery could take longer if the item is held at customs, and USPS does NOT guarantee delivery date. This shipping option tracks packages only up to the point the item leaves the States. For faster shipping with tracking, please contact us for a quote.

*It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the shipping address provided on the order is correct. If your order is placed with an incorrect shipping address contact us immediately, and we can correct the address on the order. If we are not contacted, and the address is incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

*SHIPPING INSURANCE* We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, send us and email to discuss the options. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.

International orders may be subject to customs fees. All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and exchanges

We do accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. 
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns and exchange details

Providing a great product/service for our customers is our #1 concern. If there is a problem with the item PLEASE let us know and we will help work things out.

Returns: If a refund is requested, we will happily oblige, however the buyer is required to ship the item back to us before the order will be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Customers must contact us within 72 hrs of delivery confirmation from USPS in order to return a purchase and receive a refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges. Customers must contact us within 24 hrs of delivery confirmation from USPS in order to exchange the purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers must provide a tracking number for the returned item. Due to the nature of these products being handmade to order, exchanges are subject to the current production time frame.

We are firm on the policy that the customer must contact us within 72 hrs of delivery confirmation if they would like to request a return or exchange. We don't make exceptions to this policy, because sadly we have had customers use our products for events and then try to return them. Due to the nature of being a small handmade shop, we cannot afford to conduct our business as a rental shop.

Occasionally people purchase our wigs for their pets. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that have been put on animals.

We do not refund shipping costs once the item has shipped.

We are very flexible with sizes and colors on ALL of our items. Just send us a message and we will get back to you ASAP. :)

Sales: We love running sales to give our customers great deals. Sale prices are only available during the event. Purchases must be made during the event to receive the discounted price. We will not honor a sale price once that event has ended. If you miss the sale, follow our social media pages to be notified of the next Sale event.
